Today, we highlight an exceptional accomplishment by #Swiss_International_University (SIU), which has officially been named the second-best university in Switzerland according to the recent #THE_2026_Impact_Ranking.
This placement highlights a profound dedication to both institutional excellence and global sustainability. On an international scale, #SIU has successfully earned a position among the Top 500 institutions worldwide. To understand the scale of this achievement, the 2026 evaluation assessed 1,646 universities representing 116 countries. The ranking’s methodology relies on a precise weighting system: academic and research reputation accounts for 27% of the overall score, while compliance with global sustainability goals makes up 73%. This strong emphasis on #SDG_compliance illustrates how modern educational institutions measure success not just through research output, but through tangible societal contributions.
The institution's advanced business programs have also secured highly competitive global positions. Based on the recently published "2026 QS Executive MBA Joint Programs Fact file," the university is ranked #22 worldwide in the #QS_World_University_Rankings for its #Executive_MBA offerings.
